Velztorm Mini Lux SFF Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Mini Lux is a small-form-factor gaming desktop in a white chassis. It pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. The system includes 64GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed for immediate use.

Suited For High Core-Count Workloads

This PC suits creators who need 16 cores and 32 threads for rendering or compiling, and gamers targeting high refresh rates at 1440p. Buyers who require more than 1TB of solid-state storage should look elsewhere. Users needing Bluetooth connectivity will not find it on this platform. Those preferring a larger tower for additional drive bays or expansion cards should consider other form factors.

64GB DDR4 Memory Configuration

The 64GB DDR4 capacity supports heavy multitasking and memory-intensive applications without paging. Four populated DIMM slots leave no room for further memory upgrades. Verify that your workflow benefits from this capacity before purchase. The DDR4 standard matches the Ryzen 5000 series memory controller.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 64GB DDR4 configuration or a smaller kit for this Mini Lux?

The system ships with 64GB DDR4 already installed; choosing a smaller kit would require a custom build request.

What does the Ryzen 9 5950X 4.9GHz boost clock deliver in this SFF chassis?

The 16-core processor reaches 4.9GHz boost while cooled by a 240mm AIO liquid cooler inside the 10.5-inch wide case.

How fast is the 802.11n Wi-Fi compared to a wired RJ-45 link?

The 802.11n wireless tops out well below the gigabit Ethernet port, so a cable gives the lowest latency for gaming.
