4th Gen Ryzen 7 5800X3D Desktop

This Velztorm Tentorix system is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D processor with 96MB cache and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. It arrives with 64GB DDR4 memory and a 4TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 10 Pro is installed and a 750W supply drives the components.

Who this suits and who it does not

The 8-core CPU and 64GB RAM suit creators who edit video or run virtual machines alongside their games. The single RTX 3050 limits 4K playback and heavy ray-tracing workloads. Buyers who want more storage bays or a second graphics card should look at a different chassis.

The spec that decides fit

The 3050 ships with 8GB GDDR6 on a PCIe 4.0 interface and supports DirectX 12 and G-SYNC. If your target resolution is 1440p or higher with maximum detail, this GPU will be the bottleneck.

Questions about this item

What comes with the Velztorm Tentorix and do I need to add a monitor?

The desktop ships with Windows 10 Pro, a 750W power supply, a 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler, RGB lighting, 64GB DDR4 memory, a 4TB PCIe NVMe SSD and the GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. No monitor is included.

Should I choose the 64GB DDR4 configuration or step up to 128GB?

The 64GB DDR4 DIMM kit suits most gaming and multitasking workloads. Select 128GB only if you run heavy virtualisation, large-scale rendering or memory-intensive professional applications.

What does the 96MB L3 cache on the Ryzen 7 5800X3D deliver in actual games?

The large cache reduces latency and raises average frame rates at 1080p and 1440p, especially in CPU-bound titles, while the 8-core, 16-thread design keeps background tasks smooth.
