Velztorm Mini Pilum MT Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Mini Pilum MT is a micro-tower gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X eight-core processor and a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card with 4GB GDDR5 memory. It ships with 128GB of DDR4 RAM and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Pre-built system ready for immediate use

The computer arrives fully assembled and tested by Velztorm technicians, so no internal installation is required. Users only need to connect a monitor, keyboard and mouse. The only common issue is ensuring the display cable is plugged into the graphics card HDMI port rather than the motherboard video output.

128GB DDR4 memory capacity

This configuration provides 128GB of DDR4 system memory, which is the deciding factor for buyers who need very high RAM capacity for heavy multitasking or content-creation workloads. Buyers who need ECC memory or a different memory generation should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the Ryzen 7 5700X is running at its 4.4 GHz boost after setup?

Open Task Manager's Performance tab or a monitoring tool such as HWMonitor and watch the CPU clock speed under load; it should reach 4.4 GHz on active cores.

What components arrive in the box and what must I supply myself?

The Micro Tower includes the 5700X processor, GTX 1050 Ti graphics card, 128GB DDR4 memory, 2TB NVMe SSD, 120mm AIO cooler, RGB fans, 750W power supply, WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 4.2 adapters, Windows 11 Home licence, keyboard and mouse; you must provide a display, HDMI or DisplayPort cable and any extra peripherals.

Which storage capacity should I choose from the 512GB, 1TB, 2TB or 4TB NVMe options?

Select 2TB if you keep a large game library and media files on the primary drive; choose 512GB or 1TB for a lighter install with external storage, and 4TB only if you want maximum internal space without adding drives.
