White desktop for 1440p gaming

The Velztorm Nix ships in a white chassis with a 750W power supply and air CPU cooling. It runs Windows 10 Pro on a 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X processor clocked at 3.70 GHz with a 4.6 GHz boost. The system targets players who want a ready-to-game tower without assembling parts themselves.

64GB DDR4 and 1TB SATA SSD

Memory is fixed at 64GB DDR4, giving ample headroom for modern titles and background tasks. The 1TB SATA SSD holds the operating system and a solid game library, though very large install folders will eventually require extra drives. Storage upgrades are possible but not included in this configuration.

GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6

The graphics card delivers 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a PCIe 4.0 interface with DirectX 12 Ultimate support. It drives high-refresh 1440p gameplay and handles VR titles, while 4K ultra settings will push the 8GB frame buffer to its limit. Buyers needing more video memory should consider a different GPU tier.

Questions about this item

Will my older DDR4 memory modules work alongside the 64GB DDR4 already installed in this Velztorm Nix desktop?

The system uses DDR4 DIMM slots, so any compatible DDR4 modules you keep can be added provided they match the motherboard's supported speeds and capacities.

How can I verify the RTX 3070 graphics card is running at PCIe 4.0 speeds after I set up the PC?

Open GPU-Z or the NVIDIA Control Panel and check the bus interface field; it should report PCIe 4.0 x16 when the card is operating at full speed.

What accessories are included in the box and which common items must I purchase separately?

The desktop ships with a 750W power supply, air CPU cooler, Windows 10 Pro licence, USB 3.2 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen1, three USB 3.0 Type-A, four USB 2.0, HDMI, Ethernet, and audio jacks; you will need to buy a monitor, keyboard, mouse and Wi-Fi adapter separately.
