Core specification

The Velztorm Nix is a white desktop gaming PC built around a 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 64GB DDR4 RAM and a 1TB SATA SSD running Windows 10 Home.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This system suits buyers who want a ready-to-use tower with high memory capacity for multitasking and 1080p gaming on a single HDMI display. It is not for users who need wireless connectivity, a faster graphics tier, or an included display.

Deciding specification

The 1TB SATA SSD determines whether this is the right part; it provides solid-state speed but uses the SATA interface rather than a faster PCIe alternative, so buyers needing maximum sequential throughput should consider that constraint.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what must I add myself?

The desktop includes the tower, a 750W power supply, an air-cooled CPU cooler, Windows 10 Home pre-installed, and a keyboard and mouse. You will need to supply your own monitor, speakers or headset, and any Wi-Fi or Bluetooth adapters.

Which configuration choice fits 1080p gaming and heavy multitasking?

The single listed build pairs a 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X at 3.70 GHz with 64GB DDR4 and a GeForce RTX 3050 8GB GDDR6. That combination handles 1080p gaming and multi-app workloads without needing a different SKU.

What does the 3.70 GHz base clock mean once the PC is running games?

The processor runs at 3.70 GHz under normal load and can boost to 4.6 GHz when thermal headroom allows, giving higher frame rates in bursts during gameplay.
