System overview

This Velztorm Nix desktop is a pre-built gaming system finished in a Snow White chassis. It ships with a 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X processor, 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card carries 16GB of GDDR6 memory and supports DirectX 12 Ultimate. Windows 10 Home is installed and the unit is covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty.

Interface limits

The motherboard provides USB 3.2 Gen1, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports for peripherals and external storage. A single HDMI output is available from the graphics card for display connection. Wired networking is handled by an RJ-45 Ethernet port; no wireless or Bluetooth hardware is included. The 750W power supply delivers power to all factory-installed components.

Compatibility checks

Verify that your monitor has an HDMI input or that you have a suitable adapter for another display interface. Confirm the physical dimensions of the white desktop chassis fit the intended location, as case measurements are not supplied. The system uses DDR4 DIMM slots for memory expansion and includes an air cooler for the CPU; ensure any future upgrades match the DDR4 standard and available clearance.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 16GB DDR4 or step up to 32GB for the Ryzen 5 5600X build?

16GB DDR4 handles current games and multitasking well; 32GB adds headroom for heavy mods, streaming or content creation without changing the memory type.

What does the 4.6 GHz boost clock on the Ryzen 5 5600X actually deliver in this system?

The 6-core processor reaches 4.6 GHz on light or bursty loads; sustained all-core speeds sit lower, so frame rates stay high in gaming while thermals remain manageable with the air cooler.

How fast is the USB 3.2 Gen1 port compared to the three USB 3.0 ports on the rear?

USB 3.2 Gen1 and USB 3.0 both run at 5 Gbps, so external SSDs or capture cards see identical transfer ceilings on any of those four Type-A connectors.
