White desktop for mainstream gaming

The Velztorm Nix Snow White is a pre-built desktop aimed at players who want a ready-to-use Windows 10 Home system. A 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X processor and 16GB of DDR4 memory give enough throughput for current titles at 1080p. The 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD provides fast boot and load times for a large library. Buyers who want higher refresh rates at 1440p or 4K will need a more powerful graphics card.

Capacity and headroom for 1080p play

The GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB of GDDR5 memory handles esports games and many older AAA titles at high settings. Newer demanding releases will require lowered detail or resolution to stay smooth. The 16GB DDR4 capacity is sufficient for gaming and background tasks; heavy multitasking or content creation may benefit from more memory. The 750W power supply offers headroom for a future GPU upgrade within similar power limits.

PCIe 3.0 x16 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 limits

The graphics card connects through a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, capping bandwidth at that generation's ceiling. Front and rear I/O include USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, three USB 3.0 Type-A ports and four USB 2.0 ports. A single HDMI output drives one display. There is no onboard Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, so a wired Ethernet connection or add-in card is required for networking.

Questions about this item

Will the 5600X and 750W supply run my existing PCIe 3.0 add-in cards without an adapter?

The motherboard provides a PCIe x16 3.0 slot for the GTX 1050Ti and the 750W unit delivers ample headroom for additional PCIe 3.0 cards; no adapter is required.

How can I verify the 16GB DDR4 and 2TB NVMe SSD are recognised at first boot?

Open Task Manager > Performance to confirm 16GB DDR4 and 2TB NVMe capacity, then check Device Manager for the GTX 1050Ti and Ryzen 5 5600X entries.

Which cables and peripherals are included so I know what to buy separately?

The box contains the Snow White desktop, 750W power cord, Windows 10 Home licence, and air cooler; you must supply a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and any Wi-Fi or Bluetooth adapter.
