Velztorm Nix Snow White Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Nix Snow White is a pre-built gaming desktop configured with a 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. It ships with 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 2TB SATA SSD for storage. Windows 10 Pro is installed and ready to use.

White chassis with air cooling and front I/O

The system uses an air-cooled CPU cooler inside a white desktop chassis. A 750W power supply delivers power to the components. Front and rear ports include three USB 3.0 Type-A, one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen1, four USB 2.0, HDMI, and separate microphone and headphone jacks. Wired Ethernet is provided via an RJ-45 connector.

Upgrades from 16GB RAM or smaller SSD

Buyers moving up from a 16GB DDR4 configuration gain extra headroom for multitasking and modern titles. The 2TB SATA SSD replaces smaller drives such as 128GB, 256GB or 512GB units, reducing the need to manage free space. The jump is worthwhile when current memory or storage limits daily workflow.

Questions about this item

What does the PCIe 4.0 interface on the RTX 3070 cap in practice?

The RTX 3070 uses a PCIe 4.0 x16 link. On the Ryzen 5 5600X platform that link runs at PCIe 4.0 speeds, so the card will not be bandwidth-limited by the slot.

What physical space and power connections does the RTX 3070 need inside this chassis?

The card is a dual-slot design that fits a standard ATX mid-tower. The 750 W power supply includes the required 8-pin PCIe power connectors for the RTX 3070.

How is the 2 TB SATA SSD installed, and what step do people often miss?

The 2 TB SATA SSD mounts in a 2.5-inch drive bay and connects via a SATA data cable to the motherboard plus a SATA power cable from the 750 W supply. The step often missed is securing both cables firmly so the drive is detected on first boot.
