Velztorm Nix Snow White gaming desktop

This Velztorm Nix Snow White system is a pre-built gaming desktop aimed at players who want a ready-to-use Windows 10 Pro machine with a white chassis. It ships with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X six-core processor, 32GB DDR4 memory, a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. A 750W power supply and air CPU cooler are included.

PCIe 4.0 GPU and USB 3.2 Gen 1 connectivity

The RTX 3060 Ti uses a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot for full bandwidth, while the rear I/O provides one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port and three USB 3.0 Type-A ports alongside four USB 2.0 ports. A single HDMI output and Gigabit Ethernet complete the external interfaces. No wireless LAN or Bluetooth hardware is present.

Check case clearance and OS preference

Verify that your workspace can accommodate a full-size desktop tower and that the 750W unit meets the power needs of any future GPU upgrade. The system arrives with Windows 10 Pro installed; buyers requiring Windows 11 Pro should plan a separate upgrade. No display, webcam or internal Wi-Fi adapter is included.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 16GB, 32GB, 64GB or 128GB DDR4 option?

32GB DDR4 gives ample headroom for modern games and multitasking; 16GB is the minimum for smooth 1440p play, while 64GB or 128GB only benefit heavy content creation or virtualisation workloads.

What does the Ryzen 5 5600X 4.6 GHz boost clock deliver in actual gaming?

The 6-core processor sustains high single-thread speeds up to 4.6 GHz, keeping frame rates consistent in CPU-bound titles and preventing bottlenecks with the RTX 3060 Ti at 1440p.

How does the PCIe 4.0 link on the RTX 3060 Ti affect real-world throughput?

The card runs at PCIe 4.0 x16, doubling the theoretical bandwidth of 3.0, though current games see only marginal gains; the interface mainly future-proofs for next-generation GPUs and fast NVMe storage.
