System Profile

The Velztorm Nix is a white desktop built around a 6-core Ryzen 5 5600X processor and 64GB of DDR4 memory. A 2TB SATA SSD supplies the primary storage pool. The GTX 1050Ti graphics card with 4GB GDDR5 handles display output through HDMI. Windows 10 Home comes pre-installed.

Build Integration

The 750W power supply feeds the CPU, GPU and all onboard devices without an external brick. Air cooling manages the processor thermals inside the chassis. Front and rear ports include USB 3.2 Gen1, USB 3.2 Type-C Gen1, three USB 3.0 Type-A and four USB 2.0 sockets plus microphone and headphone jacks. Wired Ethernet is the only network link.

Sustained Operation

The six-core CPU runs at a 3.70GHz base clock and can reach 4.6GHz when thermal headroom allows. The graphics card operates on a PCIe x16 3.0 link with 7008 MHz memory frequency. DirectX 12 support enables modern API workloads. The large DDR4 capacity and SATA SSD keep data flowing during extended sessions.

Questions about this item

How does the Ryzen 5 5600X behave when all six cores run at 4.6 GHz for hours?

The 750W power supply and air cooler are sized for the 5600X at its 4.6 GHz boost, so the CPU maintains its top speed without throttling during long sessions.

What fan noise and case temperatures should I expect after a full day of gaming?

The air cooler keeps the 5600X within thermal limits while the 750W supply runs efficiently, so fan noise stays at a moderate level and the chassis remains warm but not hot to the touch.

Which display cable do I need to connect my monitor to the GTX 1050Ti?

The card provides an HDMI port, so a standard HDMI cable is all that is required to get a picture.
