Velztorm Nix Snow White gaming desktop

The Velztorm Nix Snow White is a pre-built gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X six-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti graphics card. It ships with 16GB of DDR4 memory, a 128GB SATA solid-state drive and Windows 10 Home already installed. The system targets entry-level 1080p gaming and general productivity in a compact white chassis.

White chassis with 750W supply and front I/O

The white desktop case houses a 750W power supply and an air-cooled CPU cooler. Front and rear ports include three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen1, four USB 2.0 ports, one HDMI output, plus separate microphone and headphone jacks. A single RJ-45 Ethernet jack provides wired networking; no wireless or Bluetooth hardware is included.

Check storage space and wireless needs before

The 128GB SATA SSD offers limited capacity for modern game libraries, so plan for additional drives if you install several large titles. The motherboard lacks built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, so a separate adapter is required for wireless connectivity. Buyers who want more storage or integrated wireless should consider a different configuration.

Questions about this item

What does the PCIe 3.0 x16 slot cap the GTX 1050Ti at in practice?

The GTX 1050Ti runs at PCIe 3.0 x16 speeds; the slot does not limit its 4GB GDDR5 frame buffer or 7008 MHz memory clock.

What are the case dimensions and weight for desk or shelf mounting?

The chassis measures 8.75 IN wide, 15.75 IN deep, 17.5 IN high and weighs 22.5lb, so allow that footprint and clearance for cables.

How is Windows 10 Home activated after the technician opens the box for the 16GB DDR4 and 128GB SATA SSD upgrades?

The system ships with a genuine Windows 10 Home licence pre-installed and activated; first boot completes the out-of-box experience automatically.
