System overview

This Velztorm Nix desktop arrives as a complete gaming system in a Snow White chassis. A 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor with 32 MB L3 cache pairs with a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card carrying 16 GB GDDR6 memory. The build includes 64 GB DDR4 RAM and a 4 TB PCIe NVMe SSD running Windows 10 Pro from a 750 W supply.

Compatibility check

Verify that your display can connect via the single HDMI output on the graphics card. The motherboard provides three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen1, four USB 2.0 ports and a wired RJ-45 Ethernet jack. No internal Wi-Fi or Bluetooth hardware is fitted, so wireless peripherals need separate adapters.

Suitability

Buyers wanting a ready-to-play white-themed rig with ample memory and fast storage will match this configuration. Users who need built-in wireless networking, additional video outputs for multi-monitor sets, or a newer Windows licence should consider other options.

Questions about this item

Does the Snow White Nix desktop ship with a monitor, keyboard or mouse, or do I need to buy them separately?

The system includes only the tower with Windows 10 Pro installed; no display, keyboard or mouse are supplied, so you will need to provide your own peripherals.

Which storage option should I select if I want the largest solid-state capacity listed for this model?

Choose the 4 TB PCIe NVMe SSD configuration; it is the highest-capacity solid-state drive offered for the Nix and requires no additional hard drive.

What does the 4.6 GHz boost clock on the Ryzen 5 5600X mean for actual gaming performance?

The 6-core processor can reach 4.6 GHz under load, giving strong single-thread speed that helps the Radeon RX 6900 XT deliver high frame rates in modern titles.
