Velztorm Orix i9-12900K desktop

The Velztorm Orix is a new gaming desktop built around a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K processor with 16 cores and 24 threads. It pairs that CPU with a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card and 32GB of DDR5 memory for high-frame-rate play. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit comes pre-installed on the 2TB SATA SSD.

Compatibility checklist before ordering

Verify that your monitor has an HDMI or DisplayPort input to match the GPU outputs. The system connects to networks via 802.11 a/b/n/ac/ax Wi-Fi or a 2.5Gbps RJ-45 port, so confirm your router supports one of those standards. Ensure you have space for a tower chassis weighing 36lb and a nearby mains socket for the 850W supply.

Bundled cooler and connectivity extras

A 360mm AIO liquid cooler with RGB lighting is factory-fitted to the CPU, removing the need to buy a separate cooler or thermal paste. The rear I/O provides two USB 3.0 Type-A, two USB 3.1 Gen2, two USB 2.0, one USB 3.1 Type-C Gen2 and one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port for peripherals. Audio jacks for microphone and headphone are also included.
