Built for high-refresh gaming and content work

The Velztorm Orix desktop pairs a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K processor with a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. Sixty-four gigabytes of DDR5 memory and a two-terabyte SATA SSD provide capacity for large project files and modern game libraries. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed on a system designed for enthusiasts who need strong single-thread and multi-thread performance.

Thermals and acoustics at typical loads

A 360 mm AIO liquid cooler handles the 16-core CPU while the 850-watt power supply delivers headroom for the RTX 3070 and peripherals. Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/n/ac/ax and 2.5 Gbps Ethernet keep network latency low during everyday sessions. The chassis runs quiet during general productivity and light gaming because the cooler and power supply operate well within their comfort zone.

Sustained load behaviour

Under prolonged heavy compute or rendering workloads the 12900K can reach its 5.2 GHz turbo across eight performance cores while the liquid loop manages heat over time. The RTX 3070 maintains stable clocks thanks to the 850-watt unit and PCIe 4.0 bandwidth. Builders who need a second graphics card or more than two terabytes of fast storage should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler and what step is often missed?

Mount the 360mm radiator in the case, attach the pump block to the CPU using the supplied bracket, then connect the pump power cable to the motherboard CPU_FAN header and the fan cables to a fan header or controller.

What maintenance will the 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler need later?

The sealed 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler requires no coolant refills; periodically clean dust from the radiator fins and fans to maintain airflow and cooling performance.

What limit appears first on the RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 during sustained gaming loads?

The 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer on the RTX 3070 fills at high resolutions or texture settings, causing texture streaming stutter before the GPU compute or 850W power supply reaches its ceiling.
