Ryzen 7 3700X gaming desktop

This Velztorm Pilum system pairs an eight-core Ryzen 7 3700X processor with a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 memory and a combined 2TB SATA SSD plus 1TB hard drive provide space for games and media. The 750W power supply and 120mm AIO liquid cooler support sustained operation in a black desktop chassis.

Upgrade from entry systems

The configuration replaces a basic office PC or an older pre-built that relies on integrated graphics and a single hard drive. The jump is worth it when you need 16GB GDDR6 video memory for 1440p gaming or content creation, and when Windows 10 Pro with 802.11n Wi-Fi meets your software and network requirements.

Sustained load behaviour

A 120mm AIO liquid cooler manages CPU thermals during extended sessions while the 750W unit delivers steady power to the 6900 XT and eight-core processor. The SATA SSD maintains consistent read speeds for level streaming, and the 32MB L3 cache helps the 3700X hold high clock rates across all cores without throttling.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the 120 mm AIO liquid cooler require?

The 120 mm AIO liquid cooler fits in a standard desktop chassis with a 120 mm fan mount; verify your case supports a single 120 mm radiator before ordering.

How is the AIO cooler installed, and which step is often missed?

Mount the radiator to the case fan bracket, attach the pump block to the Ryzen 7 3700X with the pre-applied thermal paste, then connect the pump header and fan cable to the motherboard — skipping the pump-header connection is the common error.

When will the 120 mm AIO cooler need maintenance or replacement?

A sealed 120 mm AIO typically runs 3–5 years before pump wear or coolant loss requires a full unit replacement; no user refill is possible.
