Pilum desktop with Ryzen 7 3700X

This Velztorm Pilum desktop is built around an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X eight-core processor and 64GB of DDR4 memory. It targets users who need strong multi-threaded performance for content creation or heavy multitasking while keeping the graphics load light. The system ships with Windows 10 Home pre-installed.

1TB NVMe SSD plus 6TB HDD capacity

A 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD provides fast boot and application launch space, while a 6TB 3.5-inch hard drive adds deep bulk storage for media libraries and project archives. The combination covers most workflows, but users building very large game collections or raw video archives may eventually need additional external or network storage.

GTX 1050 Ti graphics and connectivity limits

The GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB GDDR5 handles 1080p gaming at modest settings and general GPU acceleration, but it will not drive modern titles at high refresh rates or resolutions beyond 1080p. Wireless connectivity is limited to 802.11n Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth is not included, so high-speed wireless peripherals or newer Wi-Fi standards require add-in cards.

Questions about this item

Will the Ryzen 7 3700X CPU and GTX 1050 Ti GPU fit my existing AM4 motherboard and PCIe 3.0 slot?

The Ryzen 7 3700X is an AM4 socket processor and the GTX 1050 Ti uses a standard PCIe 3.0 x16 interface, so both are compatible with AM4 motherboards that have a PCIe 3.0 slot.

How can I verify the 64GB DDR4 RAM and 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD are detected after first boot?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, and confirm Memory shows 64GB DDR4 and the primary drive appears as a 1TB NVMe SSD.

Does the box include the 6TB 3.5-inch HDD and Wi-Fi antenna, or must I buy them separately?

The 6TB 3.5-inch HDD and 802.11n Wi-Fi antenna are pre-installed; only a monitor, keyboard and mouse need to be supplied separately.
