Purpose-built gaming desktop with hybrid storage

This Velztorm Pilum system pairs an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X eight-core processor with a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card, 32GB of DDR4 memory, a 512GB SATA SSD and a 2TB hard drive. It ships with Windows 10 Pro and a 750W power supply, aimed at buyers who want a ready-to-play tower without assembling parts.

Suits 1080p gamers needing ample game libraries

The 512GB SATA SSD plus 2TB HDD combination gives quick OS boots and room for large installations, while the RTX 3050 handles mainstream titles at 1080p. Buyers who want a faster boot interface or 64GB memory should look elsewhere.

Deciding spec: RTX 3050 with 8GB GDDR6

The graphics card uses 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a PCIe 4.0 link and supports DirectX 12 and G-SYNC. This GPU tier determines whether the system meets the frame-rate and resolution targets of the intended user.
