Ready-to-Game Desktop

The Velztorm Pilum arrives as a complete Windows 10 Pro system built around an eight-core Ryzen 7 3700X processor and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 memory and a dual-drive layout with a 1TB SATA SSD plus a 6TB hard drive provide space for games and media without extra assembly.

Liquid-Cooled Chassis

A 120mm AIO cooler handles the CPU while RGB lighting adds visual flair inside the black case. The rear I/O supplies one HDMI and one DisplayPort alongside five USB 3.0 Type-A ports, four USB 2.0 ports, a USB 3.1 Gen1 connection and separate audio jacks, while a single RJ-45 jack provides wired networking only.

Platform Limits

The Ryzen 7 3700X tops out at 4.4 GHz and the RTX 3050 uses 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a PCIe 4.0 link with DirectX 12 and G-SYNC support. The board offers no wireless or Bluetooth capability, the 750W power supply is fixed, and the storage mix uses SATA for the solid-state drive rather than a faster interface.

Questions about this item

What PCIe generation does the RTX 3050 graphics card use?

The GeForce RTX 3050 connects via PCIe 4.0, so the slot and CPU lane configuration cap the link at 4.0 speeds.

What clearance and power connections does the 120mm AIO liquid cooler require inside the case?

The 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler needs a 120mm fan mount for its radiator and a pump header or SATA power lead for the pump unit.

How is Windows 10 Pro activated on this system, and which step do builders often miss?

Windows 10 Pro activates automatically on first internet connection; the step people skip is running Windows Update immediately so the digital licence binds to the hardware.
