Ryzen 7 5700X desktop

The Velztorm Pilum is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an eight-core Ryzen 7 5700X processor and a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 128GB of DDR4 RAM and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Pro is installed and a 750W power supply drives the system. An RGB-lit 120mm AIO liquid cooler handles the CPU.

Suits high-memory workloads.

The large DDR4 capacity suits creators who run virtual machines, heavy multitasking or memory-hungry content tools alongside gaming. The RTX 3060 Ti delivers solid 1440p frame rates with G-SYNC support. Buyers who need built-in wireless networking must add a separate adapter because the motherboard provides only wired Ethernet. Systems requiring ECC memory or more than two display outputs should look elsewhere.

Fits standard ATX builds with liquid cooling

The chassis measures 8.65 by 17 by 19.4 inches and weighs 22.25lb, so it fits typical mid-tower spaces. The included AIO cooler occupies a 120mm mount, leaving other fan positions free for case airflow. Front-panel I/O supplies five USB 3.0 Type-A ports, four USB 2.0 ports, a USB 3.1 Gen1 port, HDMI, DisplayPort and audio jacks. The 750W unit powers the GPU and CPU with headroom for additional storage drives.

Questions about this item

Do I need to buy a separate monitor to use the HDMI or DisplayPort outputs on this Velztorm Pilum?

Yes, the system ships without a display so you must provide your own monitor or TV with an HDMI or DisplayPort input to see any output from the RTX 3060 Ti.

Will my existing USB 2.0 peripherals work with the four USB 2.0 Type-A ports on the front and rear?

Absolutely — the four USB 2.0 ports are fully backward compatible, so keyboards, mice, headsets and other legacy devices will function normally alongside the faster USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 Gen1 ports.

How can I verify the 128 GB of DDR4 memory is recognised and running at the correct capacity after first boot?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, click Memory and confirm the total shows 128 GB; you can also cross-check in System Information or by running `wmic memorychip get capacity` in Command Prompt.
