Velztorm Pilum gaming desktop

The Velztorm Pilum is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X eight-core processor and a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD running Windows 10 Home. This system targets players who want a ready-to-game machine without assembling parts themselves.

Black chassis with liquid cooling and 750W supply

The black desktop case houses a 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler with RGB lighting and a 750W power supply. Rear I/O provides one HDMI port, one DisplayPort, five USB 3.0 Type-A ports, one USB 3.1 Gen1 port, four USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet LAN, plus microphone and headphone jacks. No optical drive or wireless networking is included, so wired connectivity and external peripherals are required.

PCIe 4.0 GPU interface and DDR4 memory ceiling

The RTX 3060 Ti connects via PCIe 4.0 and supports G-SYNC and DirectX 12 for modern titles. System memory uses DDR4 DIMMs; the platform does not support newer DDR generations, limiting future RAM upgrades to this standard. Storage is fixed at a single 1TB NVMe drive with no secondary drive bay mentioned, so buyers needing more capacity must rely on external solutions.

Questions about this item

What PCIe generation does the RTX 3060 Ti use and what bandwidth ceiling does that impose?

The RTX 3060 Ti runs on PCIe 4.0 x16, giving a theoretical ceiling of roughly 32 GB/s each way; actual game traffic rarely saturates that link.

What are the case dimensions and weight so I can check desk clearance?

The chassis measures 8.65 IN wide, 17 IN deep, 19.4 IN high and weighs 22.25 lb; allow a few extra centimetres for cable bend radius at the rear.

How is the 120 mm AIO liquid cooler mounted and which orientation mistake should I avoid?

The radiator screws to the top or front panel with fans pulling cool air into the case; do not mount it with the pump at the highest point or air bubbles will collect in the cold plate.
