AMD Ryzen 7 7700X Gaming Desktop

This Velztorm Septex system is built around an eight-core AMD Ryzen 7 7700X processor and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card with 16GB GDDR6 memory. It targets gamers and creators who want a pre-assembled Windows 11 Pro machine ready for high-refresh 1440p or entry 4K play. The 360mm AIO liquid cooler keeps the CPU under control during extended sessions.

PCIe Gen 4 NVMe and DDR5 Platform Limits

The 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD runs on a Gen 4 interface, so sequential speeds top out at the controller ceiling rather than Gen 5 rates. The board supports DDR5 DIMMs up to 128GB total, but the shipping kit is 16GB; buyers needing more capacity must add modules themselves. WiFi 6 MT7921 and Bluetooth 5.2 provide wireless connectivity at their rated specifications.

1000W Power Supply Defines GPU Headroom

The included 1000W unit sets the practical ceiling for any future graphics upgrade; cards drawing significantly more than the current Radeon RX 6900 XT may exceed the PSU rating. No additional power cables are documented beyond what the factory build requires. Buyers planning a higher-wattage GPU should verify connector availability before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 512GB, 1TB, 2TB or 4TB SSD option for this Septex build?

The listed unit ships with a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD; larger 2TB or 4TB drives are offered as configurable upgrades if you need more space for games and media.

What does the Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5GHz base and 5.4GHz boost mean for actual gaming frame rates?

Eight cores and sixteen threads at up to 5.4GHz keep CPU-bound scenes smooth, while the 32MB L3 cache reduces latency in competitive titles.

How fast is the WiFi 6 MT7921 and Bluetooth 5.2 connection in practice?

WiFi 6 delivers multi-gigabit throughput on compatible routers, and Bluetooth 5.2 adds longer range and lower latency for wireless headsets and peripherals.
