AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D desktop

The Velztorm Tentorix is a gaming desktop built around the 8-core Ryzen 7 5800X3D processor with 96MB of L3 cache and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card carrying 16GB of GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16GB of DDR4 system memory, a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. The system includes a 240mm AIO liquid cooler, RGB lighting, 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.

Sustained load behaviour

The 240mm AIO liquid cooler is designed to dissipate heat from the 5800X3D during extended gaming or rendering sessions, helping the CPU maintain higher boost frequencies for longer periods. The 750W power supply delivers stable current to the RX 6900 XT and the rest of the platform under continuous heavy draw. DirectX 12 Ultimate support on the GPU ensures compatibility with modern rendering workloads that stress both compute and memory subsystems over time.

PCIe NVMe storage limits

The 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD provides the primary storage pool; the platform also allows the SSD to be configured at 512GB, 1TB or 4TB and mechanical drives at 1TB, 2TB or 6TB can be added. System memory can be expanded to 32GB, 64GB or 128GB of DDR4 DIMMs. I/O includes USB 3.0 Type-A, four USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port, HDMI, DisplayPort and a headset jack.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 240 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler keep the Ryzen 7 5800X3D when it runs all day?

The 240 mm AIO liquid cooler is designed to handle the Ryzen 7 5800X3D's thermal output during extended gaming sessions, maintaining lower temperatures than stock air coolers while the RGB fans adjust speed based on load to balance airflow and noise.

Do I need to buy a monitor, keyboard and mouse separately to use this Velztorm Tentorix system?

Yes, the system ships without a display, keyboard or mouse, so you will need to provide your own monitor with HDMI or DisplayPort input plus USB peripherals to start using Windows 11 Pro.

Will my older USB 3.0 Type-A headset and external hard drive work with the front-panel ports on this PC?

The front panel includes a USB 3.0 Type-A port and a headphone/microphone combo jack, so your existing USB 3.0 headset and external drive will connect directly without adapters.
