Velztorm Vertix gaming desktop PC

This Velztorm Vertix is a pre-built gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X eight-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. It ships with 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB SATA solid-state drive. The system arrives with Windows 10 Pro installed and includes a 750W power supply.

Suits 1080p and 1440p gaming; not for 4K ultra

The eight-core CPU and RTX 3070 combination handles modern titles at high settings on 1080p or 1440p monitors. Buyers who want 4K ultra performance or workloads that need more than 32GB of RAM should look at a different configuration. The Mini Tower chassis also limits internal expansion compared with larger cases.

RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 graphics card

The installed GPU provides 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a PCIe 4.0 interface with DirectX 12 Ultimate support. This single specification determines whether the system meets your target resolution and frame-rate goals.

Questions about this item

How often should the 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler be checked or refilled?

The 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler is a sealed, maintenance-free unit. No refills are required; simply dust the radiator fins periodically to keep airflow clear.

What thermal limit appears first on the Ryzen 7 5800X during long gaming sessions?

The processor will hit its 4.7 GHz boost ceiling and then throttle to stay within its thermal envelope, so sustained clocks settle below the peak boost frequency.

How loud does the system get when the RTX 3070 and CPU run flat out all day?

The 120mm AIO and case fans ramp up under full load, producing a noticeable but not intrusive hum; the 750W power supply fan stays quiet unless total draw nears its limit.
