Vertix Mini Tower Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Vertix is a mini tower gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X processor with eight cores and a 4.7 GHz boost clock. It ships with 32GB of DDR4 memory, a 1TB SATA SSD and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card with 8GB of GDDR6 video memory. The system includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and Windows 10 Home.

Thermals and Acoustics with 750W Supply

A 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler with RGB lighting handles heat from the 5800X while the 750W power supply feeds the RTX 3070 and platform components. In typical gaming sessions the liquid cooler keeps the CPU at moderate temperatures and fan speeds remain low enough for a quiet room. Power draw stays within the supply's capacity during normal play.

Sustained Load Behaviour on Ryzen 5000 Platform

Under extended heavy workloads the eight-core Ryzen processor maintains high frequencies thanks to the liquid cooling loop and the 32MB L3 cache. The RTX 3070 delivers stable frame rates over long sessions without thermal throttling. The 1TB SATA SSD provides consistent read performance for large game assets and streaming textures.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler in the Mini Tower case, and what step is often missed?

Mount the radiator to the case fan brackets, attach the pump block to the Ryzen 7 5800X using the supplied AM4 bracket, then connect the pump header and fan cable to the motherboard — the step most people miss is plugging the pump into the dedicated AIO_PUMP header instead of a standard CPU_FAN header.

What maintenance or replacement will the 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler need later?

The sealed AIO loop requires no coolant top-ups; plan to replace the thermal paste on the Ryzen 7 5800X every two to three years and, if pump noise or temperatures rise, swap the entire 120mm AIO unit.

What limit shows up first under sustained use with the 750W power supply and RTX 3070?

The 750W power supply leaves limited headroom for heavy overclocks on the Ryzen 7 5800X and RTX 3070 together, so the power budget typically becomes the first constraint during prolonged maximum-load sessions.
