Velztorm White Ferrux II Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm White Ferrux II is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K processor with 16 cores and 24 threads. It includes a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory, 128GB of DDR4 system memory, and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. A 240mm AIO liquid cooler and 750W power supply support the high-performance components inside a white chassis running Windows 11 Pro.

Suited for high-core-count workloads

This system suits users who need 16 cores for multitasking, streaming, or content creation alongside strong GPU performance. The 128GB DDR4 capacity handles heavy memory workloads such as virtual machines or large project files. Buyers who want more storage than 2TB or prefer a different memory generation should look at other configurations.

128GB DDR4 memory configuration

The desktop ships with 128GB of DDR4 DIMM memory installed across its motherboard slots. This specific capacity and generation determine whether the platform matches your application requirements and future upgrade plans. Verify that your software benefits from this memory amount and DDR4 standard before purchase.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 2 TB PCIe SSD or add a larger NVMe drive for this i9-12900K system?

The listed build ships with a 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD; larger 4 TB SSD plus HDD options are available if you need more space.

What does the 5.2 GHz boost clock on the i9-12900K actually deliver in games?

The 16-core, 24-thread CPU can reach 5.2 GHz on its performance cores, giving high frame rates in CPU-bound titles.

Will the RTX 3070 be limited by the PCIe 4.0 slot on this motherboard?

The GeForce RTX 3070 8 GB GDDR6 runs at PCIe 4.0 x16, so the interface does not cap its bandwidth.
