Ultra-Space Saving Design

The Verilux AT-289-N Ambertronix desk lamp occupies a compact 14.1-inch height and 3.5-inch length footprint, making it suitable for small desks, dorm rooms, or travel. Its foldable aluminum arms allow the unit to be stored flat when not in use. The orange finish adds a distinct visual accent to a workspace.

Sustained Eye-Relief Lighting

Simulated natural light LEDs provide consistent illumination for extended reading, study, or hobby sessions without the flicker associated with lesser light sources. Five brightness levels across five distinct lighting modes are selectable via a touch-sensitive dimmer. An auto timer function supports hands-free operation during long periods.

Upgrade From Fixed-Output Lamps

This model replaces single-intensity desk lights that lack colour-temperature flexibility or portable convenience. The jump is worthwhile for users who need adjustable colour modes and a foldable form factor for relocation. It does not serve buyers requiring integrated wireless charging or smart-home connectivity.

Questions about this item

Does the 5V 2A adapter run warm when the lamp stays on all day?

The 5V 2A power adapter is included and powers the LED lamp; typical USB adapters of this rating stay cool to the touch during continuous use.

Must I supply my own E26 LED bulb for the AT-289-N to work?

The lamp uses an integrated LED module with an E26 base, so no separate bulb is required — just plug in the supplied adapter.

Will the 14.1-inch folded height fit inside my existing 15.5-inch deep desk cubby?

Yes, the folded height is 14.1 inches and the shade depth is 15.5 inches, leaving a small clearance for the cubby opening.
