Verilux D012 RGB Accent Lighting 21.7 in 7.5W

USB-powered monitor light bar

The Verilux D012 is a 21.7-inch rectangular LED bar that mounts on top of a screen and draws 7.5 W from a 5 V USB source. A gravity-damper bracket grips monitors between 0.2 and 1.8 inches thick without a clamp, while an anti-slip silicone pad keeps the assembly steady. The aluminium shade measures 5.9 by 21.7 by 1.2 inches and weighs 0.93 pounds. Touch controls on the unit cycle through four colour-temperature steps from 2900 K to 6000 K.

Desk workers who want glare-free task light

The asymmetric 45-degree optical design throws light onto the keyboard and desk while keeping the screen surface free of reflections, which helps reduce eye fatigue during long sessions. Buyers who need a built-in battery for portable use or a wireless remote will not find those features here. The light also requires a USB port or a certified 5 V 2 A adapter, so setups without spare USB power should plan accordingly.

21.7-inch length and 5 V USB input

At 21.7 inches the bar spans most standard monitors, and the 5 V USB power demand decides whether your hub or adapter can run it without extra hardware. The fixed length means ultra-wide or very compact screens may not match the coverage. Verify the monitor thickness range and available USB power before purchasing.
