Smart accent lamp with app control

The Verilux HYD-1201300A is a corded LED table lamp that uses RGBICWW technology to show several colours at once. Touch the top to change brightness or open the Giant Home app via Bluetooth for 16 million colours, over 30 animated scenes and music synchronisation. It runs on 12 volts with an E26 base and a plastic shade measuring 3.8 in x 3.8 in x 7 in.

Buyers wanting dynamic mood lighting

This lamp suits anyone who wants a single fixture for colour-changing ambience, reading-level white light and music-reactive effects without a separate remote. It is not for buyers who need battery operation, weather-proof construction for outdoor use or a fixture that integrates with Zigbee, Thread or Matter smart-home hubs.

500 lm output with 2700-6500 K tunable white

The lamp delivers 500 lumens and lets you dial the white tone from warm 2700 K to cool 6500 K, so it can serve as both accent lighting and a functional desk or bedside source. If your space requires significantly higher lumen output or a fixed colour-temperature bulb, look at a different model.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 500lm model for reading or just ambient light?

The lamp delivers 500lm and a tunable white range of 2700K to 6500K, so it works well for both reading and mood lighting

What does the 2700K-6500K range actually look like on a desk?

At 2700K the light is warm and relaxing; at 6500K it is cool and crisp for focused tasks

How does the E26 base limit the smart features I can use?

The E26 base only supplies power; all colour changing, scenes and music sync run through the Giant Home app via Bluetooth
