Modern Crystal Floor Lamp for Mood Lighting

The Verilux J5FLF111T11 is a modern crystal floor lamp designed for accent lighting rather than general illumination. It produces 220 lumens at 7.5W and suits buyers who want a decorative centrepiece for indoor corners. The transparent polycarbonate construction refracts light to create ambience. This lamp is not for buyers who need functional task or room lighting.

Low-Power LED Operation with Remote and App Control

The LED source draws 10 watts and runs cool, making it suitable for continuous decorative use. Three control methods are provided: a remote control, touch buttons on the base, and a Bluetooth smart app that does not support Wi-Fi, Alexa or Google Assistant. The app enables custom colours, brightness adjustment and speed effects. No fan or active cooling is present.

Height Range Decides Corner Fit

The assembled lamp stands between 35 and 40 inches tall with a shade measuring 16.3 x 3.4 x 6.5 inches. Buyers must verify that this vertical range suits their intended corner before purchase. Installation requires skill and patience to assemble the delicate crystal-effect components. The fixed dimensions mean the lamp cannot be shortened or extended.

Questions about this item

How do I assemble the 16.3 in polycarbonate shade pieces without cracking them?

The manufacturer notes installation requires skill and patience; handle the delicate transparent components gently, align each post carefully before tightening, and avoid forcing the plastic joints together.

Will the 7.5 W LED module need replacement during the 6-month warranty period?

The integrated LED is rated for long life and the unit carries a 6-month manufacturer warranty; no user-serviceable bulb or driver is specified, so the lamp is not designed for routine part swaps.

At what point does the 220-lumen output become too dim for practical corner use?

This model is described as mood lighting, not for general illumination; the 220-lumen level is intended for ambient accent only and will not brighten a corner for reading or task work.
