Enterprise Remote Management

The Vertiv MergePoint Unity 2 MPU2-108DAC-400 is an 8-port KVM-over-IP switch built for data-centre and branch-office administrators. It provides secure, remote BIOS-level access to servers and network gear through a single digital path. TAA compliance makes it suitable for government and regulated deployments.

Sustained Operational Security

Secure Boot with Vertiv-signed keys and TLS 1.3 protect the management plane during continuous operation. ADX technology blocks unverified firmware and software from loading, maintaining integrity over long uptimes. Serial console management allows persistent diagnosis and recovery without physical presence.

Rack Integration And Modules

The 1U rack-mountable chassis fits standard cabinets and uses existing MPU access modules for server connectivity. One VGA and four USB Type-A ports handle local console attachment. Buyers needing more than eight managed devices or dual digital paths will require a different appliance.
