Crafted Luxury Smartphone

The VERTU iVERTU 5G is an unlocked Android smartphone wrapped in orange calf leather, aimed at buyers who value artisan materials and exclusivity alongside flagship performance. It ships new with Android 11 and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor paired with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Hand-Finished Materials

The chassis uses genuine calf leather in orange, giving a distinct tactile feel that differs from standard glass or metal builds. A 6.67 inch OLED display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate, while dual Nano SIM slots support 5G standby. Connectivity includes Bluetooth v5.2 and dual-frequency Wi-Fi with adaptive antenna switching.

Flagship Specifications in a Unique Package

This device replaces a conventional flagship for users who want the Snapdragon 888 platform, 12GB memory and 512GB capacity without a mass-market design. The camera array combines a 64MP main sensor, 64MP ultra-wide, 5MP macro and 2MP depth units, plus a 16MP front camera supporting 4K 60FPS video. A 4200 mAh battery with 55W fast charging handles daily power needs. Buyers needing expandable storage or a stock Android interface should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Which 5G standard does the VERTU iVERTU support and what practical limit does it impose?

The phone uses 5G dual-SIM dual-standby with adaptive multi-antenna switching, so both SIMs share the same radio chain and only one can hold an active 5G data session at a time.

What physical SIM cards does the VERTU iVERTU accept and how are they seated?

Two nano-SIM cards fit into a single hybrid tray that slides into the left-hand frame; no micro-SIM or eSIM provision is present.

How is the VERTU iVERTU set up out of the box and which step do owners often skip?

Insert both nano-SIMs before powering on, then complete the Android 11 first-run wizard; many users forget to enable 5G standalone mode in the network settings after the wizard finishes.
