Floor Lock for 6 in Casters

This floor lock secures mobile equipment fitted with six-inch casters by extending a steel foot to the floor. It is intended for warehouses, workshops and any facility where carts or platforms must stay stationary during loading or unloading.

Retracted and Extended Heights

When retracted the lock sits at seven inches, clearing the floor for free movement. Extended height reaches eight and thirteen-sixteenths inches, engaging the floor to hold the unit in place. The mechanism operates within this range only; uneven surfaces or taller casters will prevent full engagement.

D Pattern Mounting Plate

The steel mounting plate measures three and seven-eighths by six and one-quarter inches with a D bolt-hole pattern. Inside and outside bolt-hole spacing is two and one-half by five inches. Equipment using a different hole pattern or plate size cannot be bolted directly to this lock.
