Industrial Water Chiller for High-Heat Equipment

The VEVOR 15 HP air-cooled water chiller is a commercial kitchen appliance built for continuous cooling of industrial machinery. It serves workshops and production lines that need stable water temperatures for laser engravers, CNC spindles or other high-heat processes up to 45 kW.

150 L Stainless Steel Tank with DN50 Connections

A built-in 150 L stainless steel tank holds the coolant volume while the DN50 inlet and outlet pipes handle a 7 m³/h flow rate. The Panasonic 15 HP compressor delivers 11.25 kW motor power and 38700 Kcal/h cooling capacity. Temperature regulation runs from 5 to 25 °C under micro-computer control.

Air-Cooled Condenser with Automatic Safeguards

The finned copper condenser rejects heat using a 0.64 kW fan while the 2.2 kW pump circulates fluid through the system. Overload protection, high and low-pressure switches and electronic alarms shut the unit down if limits are exceeded. Automatic water replenishment reduces manual intervention in environments up to 40 °C ambient.

Questions about this item

What does the 45 kW cooling capacity mean for my equipment?

It can remove up to 45 kW of heat, keeping engraving machines or similar loads within the 5–25 °C set range.

What power supply does the 220 V three-phase unit require?

A 220 V, 60 Hz, three-phase connection rated for the 11.25 kW compressor and 2.2 kW pump.

How much floor space and weight should I plan for?

The chiller measures 160 × 78 × 170 cm and weighs 610 kg, so allow clearance for airflow and a level surface rated for that load.
