Two-Pack 1U Rack Shelves

This two-pack provides a pair of 1U high shelves built for standard 19-inch, four-post racks. Each shelf is formed from Q235 carbon steel with a 1.5 mm thickness and supports a 50 lbs load. The perforated bottom promotes airflow around routers, switches and firewalls. Mounting hardware is not included.

Suited for Shallow Equipment

The 254 mm depth fits compact network gear and patch panels in tight cabinets. Buyers needing to store deeper servers or full-length UPS units should look at full-depth alternatives. The cantilever-style tabs also allow wall mounting where a four-post frame is not available.

Steady Load With Vented Base

Under continuous weight the 1.5 mm Q235 steel resists deflection and the open perforations let rising heat escape without fans. The 1U profile keeps the centre of gravity low in a stacked rack. Surface temperature stays lower than on solid trays during extended operation.

Questions about this item

Does my cabinet need to be a 19-inch four-post rack for these shelves to mount?

Yes, the shelves are built for standard 19 in / 482.6 mm four-post racks and occupy 1U of vertical space each.

Will equipment that sits on a 254 mm deep shelf still get airflow if the shelf above is only 43 mm away?

The perforated bottom lets air pass through the 1.7 in gap, so heat from gear on the lower shelf can rise past the next shelf.

How can I confirm each shelf is holding its rated load without bending?

Load up to 50 lbs / 22.68 kg evenly across the 250 mm deep Q235 steel tray; the 1.5 mm thickness should show no visible deflection.
