This new aluminum alloy cylinder holds 20 lbs of food-grade CO2 and ships empty for local filling. It is built for draft beer dispensing, soda makers and similar beverage applications that require a portable high-pressure source. The tank meets DOT specifications and follows E290 purity standards for beverage gas.

Build Quality and Daily Connections

The AA6061 aluminum body weighs 26.9 lbs and carries a light gray spray coating that resists wear. A brass CGA320 valve with external threads accepts standard 8 mm hoses and CO2 regulators, while the black aluminum alloy handwheel provides secure manual control. An internal purple copper siphon tube reaches the bottom of the vessel to draw liquid CO2 and improve usage efficiency. Two sealing washers are included for leak-free assembly.

1800 PSI Working Pressure Decides Fit

The cylinder is rated for a working pressure of 1800 PSI and proof-tested to 3000 PSI. This pressure envelope determines whether the tank matches the regulator and dispensing hardware in a given installation.
