Electric Hydraulic Paper Trimmer

The VEVOR 450VS is an electric hydraulic paper trimmer built for high-volume cutting of paper, coupons, labels and cardstock. It handles a maximum cutting width of 18 inch and a cutting thickness of 1.6 inch with a precision of ±0.02 inch. Automation handles both paper pressing and paper pushing for consistent results.

Commercial and Professional Users

This trimmer suits offices, laboratories and industrial settings that need fast, repeatable cuts on thick stacks up to 40 mm. Infrared light positioning and an LCD control panel support accurate, intuitive operation. Buyers who only trim a few sheets at a time or need a portable device should look at something else.

40 mm Cutting Thickness

The single specification that decides fit is the 40 mm cutting thickness, which determines the maximum stack height the machine can process in one pass. If your workload regularly exceeds this limit, the 450VS will not meet the requirement.

Questions about this item

How loud is the 450VS when cutting 40 mm stacks all day?

The machine uses an electric hydraulic motor with automated paper pressing and pushing, so sound comes mainly from the blade engaging thick stock rather than continuous fan noise.

What power supply must already be on site for the 450VS to run?

The trimmer is an electric hydraulic unit that plugs into a standard mains outlet; no compressed-air line or three-phase feed is required.

Will the 450VS accept the same 18-inch cutting width as our older manual guillotine?

Yes — maximum cutting size is 18 inches (450 mm), matching common legacy trimmers, and the infrared positioning baffles align sheets to ±0.02 inch precision.
