VEVOR 60"W 15.4 Cu. Ft Sandwich Prep Table with 24 Pans

60-Inch Sandwich Prep Table Overview

This 60-inch wide refrigerated prep table delivers 15.4 cubic feet of cold storage for commercial kitchens. It includes a 61 by 9.5 inch cutting board and twenty-four 1/6 size stainless steel pans. A Cubigel compressor with finned copper tubing provides cooling using R290 refrigerant.

Suited For High-Volume Prep Stations

The unit suits restaurants and food trucks needing high-capacity ingredient access at 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Operations requiring a different pan configuration or a non-stainless exterior should consider other models. The 286.6 lb weight demands a stable floor and may limit placement on upper levels.

Cutting Board And Auto-Closing Door

The supplied cutting board mounts on two holders for immediate sandwich assembly. An auto-closing door mechanism snaps shut when opened within 90 degrees to retain cold air. Digital temperature controls and four brake casters complete the ready-to-use package.
