5 Ton Air Cooled Water Chiller

The VEVOR air cooled water chiller delivers 15 kW of cooling capacity with a 5 HP Panasonic compressor for industrial and commercial kitchens. A built-in 53 L stainless steel tank holds process water and reduces evaporation between refills. Micro-computer control with an LCD panel lets operators set the outlet temperature between 5 and 25 degrees Celsius. The unit runs on 220 V three-phase power at 60 Hz.

Finned Condenser and DN25 Connections

A copper heat exchange tube and finned condenser handle heat rejection in environments up to 40 degrees ambient. The pump provides 19 m of head at a flow of 58 L/min through DN25 pipe connections. Overload protection high and low pressure switches and an electronic alarm protect the compressor during abnormal conditions. Automatic water replenishment keeps the tank topped up without manual intervention.

Verify Power and Space Before Ordering

Confirm that your facility supplies 220 V three-phase 60 Hz service and that the breaker can handle the compressor and fan motors. The chiller measures 110 by 55 by 130 cm and weighs 180 kg so ensure the installation floor can support the load and that clearance exists for airflow around the condenser. No other utilities or interfaces are required beyond the water inlet and outlet connections.
