Commercial cheese slicer

The VEVOR cheese slicer is built from high-strength aluminum alloy with food-grade 304 stainless steel wires for corrosion resistance and durability. It is designed for commercial kitchens, delis, and bakeries that need consistent, professional results when portioning cheese or butter.

Dual thickness wires 1 cm and 2 cm

Two replaceable wire cutting boards let you slice at either 1 cm or 2 cm thickness, with clear grid-scale lines for precise measurement. The package includes two spare wire packs and a cleaning brush, so high-volume prep can continue without interruption when wires wear out.

The unit measures 275 mm wide, 125 mm deep, and 225 mm high, weighing 2 kg for stability during use. Its ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip for repeated downward pressure, freeing up staff time compared to manual knife work while requiring only a flat preparation surface.

Questions about this item

Will this 275 mm wide slicer sit steadily on my existing prep table?

The base measures 275 mm by 125 mm, giving a broad footprint that resists tipping on standard commercial counters.

How can I confirm the 1 cm and 2 cm wires are cutting to the marked thickness?

The grid-scale lines on the frame align with each wire setting; slice a test block and measure the pieces to verify the 1 cm or 2 cm result.

Does the package include everything needed to start slicing, or must I buy extra wires?

The box contains the slicer, two packs of replacement 304 stainless-steel wires, a cleaning brush and the user manual — no additional purchase required.
