What this kit does

The VEVOR BR8504 is a 20V brushless drywall screw gun that reaches 4200RPM for fast screw driving. It accepts ST 3.5 screws from 25 to 57 mm in length. Two 2AH batteries and a fast charger are included so work can continue without long pauses.

Thermals noise and power

The brushless motor reduces noise and removes the need to replace carbon brushes during the tool’s life. A single charged battery drives roughly 800 screws before it needs recharging. The charger restores a pack in about one hour and fifteen minutes.

Accessories that change the workflow

The kit supplies a Phillips short bit, a linkage bit, a single-feed head and a belt clip for quick access. A tool bag holds the gun, batteries, charger and bits together for transport. Forward, reverse and a centre safety position prevent accidental starts.

Questions about this item

How do I install the single-feed head and which step do people miss?

Slide the single-feed head onto the nose until it clicks, then insert the linkage bit and short bit; the step often missed is seating the linkage bit fully so the screw feeds straight.

What will need replacement after heavy use on this BR8504?

The S2 Phillips bits rated 58-60 hardness wear first; the brushless motor eliminates carbon-brush changes, and each 2AH pack drives about 800 screws per charge.

What limit appears first during continuous driving at 4200RPM?

Heat buildup in the brushless motor housing after long runs; the 2AH batteries deliver roughly 800 screws before recharge, so plan pauses on big jobs.
