Installation Limits and Load

The unit mounts with six M8*60 expansion bolts into concrete or masonry; hollow walls or timber posts are not covered by the supplied hardware. Vertical bars sit 72 cm apart, and the 5.1 cm tube has a 1.2 mm wall thickness. Base plates measure 8.5 cm in diameter with a 3 mm thickness and 9 mm pre-drilled holes. Exceeding the 200 kg rated capacity voids the structural safety margin.

Pre-Installation Checks

Verify that your steps fall within the two-to-three-step range and that the mounting surface accepts 9 mm expansion anchors. Confirm the 72 cm bar spacing matches the user’s reach and that the 45° maximum angle covers the stair pitch. Ensure you have a drill bit suited to the supplied M8 bolts and enough clearance for the 106 cm width. No additional brackets or fasteners are included.
