Single-path air suspension kit

The VEVOR D0836002 kit provides a single-path on-board air compressor system for vehicles that need adjustable ride height. It runs from a 12 V electrical supply and delivers up to 100 PSI of pressure. The package includes the compressor, control panel, remote relay, wiring, tubing and mounting hardware for a complete installation.

Compact assembly with supplied hardware

The compressor assembly measures 6.14 x 2.05 x 4.69 in and weighs 4.5 lb, allowing it to fit in tight chassis locations. Four self-tapping screws with washers, six flanged hex bolts and a 20 A fuse wire are provided for secure mounting and circuit protection. Nylon cable ties, wire connectors and terminal blocks keep the 1.5 mm diameter power leads and 6 m PA tubing neatly routed.

110 W draw at rated output

At its 110 W rated power the unit draws moderate current from the vehicle’s 12 V system while building pressure. The single-path design feeds one air circuit, so the compressor cycles only when that circuit demands pressure, limiting run time and audible noise during normal driving.
