Drop-In Ice Chest 30 QT

The VEVOR drop-in ice chest provides a 30 QT insulated bin built from SUS304 interior and SUS201 exterior stainless steel. It suits bars, outdoor kitchens or catering set-ups that need a permanent, non-electric cold station for high-volume service.

Hinged Cover With Filter Drain Kit

A 0.79 inch PU foam layer and hinged lid deliver over 24 hours of ice retention without power. The included filter-style drain assembly removes melt water quickly while stopping cubes from escaping, keeping the bin dry and hygienic during busy periods.

Countertop Cut-Out Installation

The unit drops into a prepared opening and weighs 11.3 kg, so the supporting surface must carry that load securely. Misaligned cut-outs or inadequate support are the usual causes of leaks or lid mis-operation after fitting.

Questions about this item

Does the 20 mm PU foam layer ever need replacement?

The foam is permanently bonded inside the stainless steel shell and is not designed to be serviced or replaced.

What stops the 30 QT bin from keeping ice solid past 24 hours?

Passive insulation alone limits hold time to roughly 24 hours before melt water accumulates and ice temperature rises.

How warm does the SUS201 exterior get after a full day in the sun?

The outer shell reaches ambient temperature; it has no active cooling, so surface heat matches the surrounding air.
