Enclosed Cork Board 36 x 24 in

The VEVOR enclosed cork board measures 36 x 24 inches overall with a usable pinning area of 33.1 x 21.3 inches. It is built for schools, offices and homes that need a secure, weather-resistant display case for announcements, artwork or photos. The lockable acrylic door and aluminum frame keep posted materials protected while remaining clearly visible.

PET Door Thickness and Mounting Constraints

The protective door uses 2.7 mm thick PET within the aluminum frame, limiting impact resistance compared with thicker glazing options. Horizontal or vertical wall mounting is supported, but the unit has no integrated tray or hooks for accessories. The 1.3 inch overall depth protrudes from the wall, so clearance behind the door swing must be checked before installation.

Installation Hardware and Common Issues

The package includes four self-tapping screws, four plastic expansion anchors, two keys and six push pins for immediate setup. Rounded plastic edges on the frame reduce handling injuries during mounting. The high-density cork core resists permanent pin holes, yet installers must ensure the wall can support 11.33 lbs and that the lock aligns correctly to avoid jamming.

Questions about this item

Which size gives me the most usable pinning area?

The 36 × 24 in board provides a usable cork surface of 33.1 × 21.3 in, which is the full panel size listed for this model.

How much clear space will I actually have behind the door for thick items?

The cabinet depth is 1.3 in, so anything you pin must fit within that 1.3 in clearance behind the acrylic door.

What does the 2.7 mm PET door mean for daily use?

The 2.7 mm PET panel is the transparent door itself; it resists impact and weather while the key lock secures the aluminium frame.
