Single folding security gate

The VEVOR folding security gate is a lockable scissor barrier made from heavy-duty channel steel with a black powder coating. It suits entry security for garages, warehouses and pool areas where a retractable barrier is required.

Retractable width with swivel casters

The gate unfolds to 49.61 x 77.76 in and folds down to a minimum width of 4.92 in, leaving the doorway unobstructed when open. Four 360° swivel casters, one with a brake, allow the unit to be moved and positioned without permanent floor tracks.

Sustained outdoor durability

The powder-coated steel frame resists corrosion during extended exposure to weather. The anti-tamper construction and included padlock hasp with separate keyed padlock maintain security through repeated daily cycles of opening, closing and locking.

Questions about this item

How much floor space does the gate take up when it is folded flat against the wall?

The folded width is 4.92 in, so the gate projects only that far from the mounting surface when stored.

What is the weight of the gate and how does it affect moving it on the casters all day?

At 44.97 lbs the steel frame rolls smoothly on the 360° swivel casters; one wheel has a brake to lock the position when the gate is open or closed.

Which mounting hardware must already be on site before installation begins?

The package includes expansion bolts, expansion plugs and screws, so a drill with suitable masonry or wood bits is the only tool you need to supply.
