What it is
The VEVOR garage door insulation kit is a magnetic thermal curtain sized at 9.28 x 7.15 ft. It fits openings up to 9.02 x 7.02 ft and uses 300D Oxford fabric with cotton filling for year-round temperature control. The kit suits homeowners wanting to reduce drafts through large garage doors, patio entrances or porch openings. It arrives new and ready to assemble with included hardware.
How it fits
The curtain attaches using 48 embedded magnets that create a self-sealing closure when you walk through. Two sets of 20 pushpins and hook-and-loop strips are supplied for securing the top and sides to the door frame. No tools or permanent modifications are required, so the screen can be removed seasonally. The weighted bottom hem helps keep the fabric in place during wind.
Capacity and headroom
The effective coverage area is 9.02 x 7.02 ft (275 x 214 cm), leaving a small margin around the fabric edges. The 300D Oxford fabric resists tearing and handles repeated daily use, but the magnetic seal relies on alignment and may not block every gap on heavily warped frames. Buyers needing a rigid insulated panel or a motorised screen will need a different solution.

Questions about this item
How large a door can the 9.28 x 7.15 ft curtain actually seal?
The effective coverage is 9.02 x 7.02 ft, so the door frame should not exceed 275 x 214 cm for the magnetic seal to meet.
Does the 300D Oxford fabric and cotton lining make the curtain heavy or noisy when the garage door cycles all day?
At 6.06 lbs the curtain is light; the weighted bottom keeps it hanging straight without flapping, and the fabric itself produces no mechanical noise.
Which fasteners in the box let me mount the curtain without drilling into the header?
Two sets of 20 pushpins and two hook-and-loop strips are included for tool-free attachment to wood or metal frames.
