Double-Deck Gas Convection Oven

The VEVOR GCO511S is a natural-gas commercial convection oven with two stacked decks. Each deck offers 7 cu.ft of capacity and 11 rack positions, giving a total of 22 tiers for high-volume batch baking in bakeries, restaurants or mobile food stands.

Suited for high-throughput baking.

This unit suits operations that need to bake over 400 egg tarts or 240 croissants per batch and have a natural-gas supply. Kitchens without gas infrastructure or those requiring lower-temperature ranges should look at alternative equipment.

14 cu.ft total capacity with 40,000 BTU per deck

Two 40,000 BTU burners and convection fans deliver even heat from 100 to 560 °F with a 60-minute timer. The 396 L interior handles large production runs, while the 300 W 120 V control system manages operation without external ventilation.

Questions about this item

Does this oven require a 120 V electrical supply for its control system?

Yes, the control system runs on 120 V, 60 Hz and draws 300 W, so a standard North American outlet is needed alongside the natural gas connection.

Can the two 40,000 BTU burners operate independently when I keep my existing single-deck oven in the same kitchen?

Each deck has its own 40,000 BTU burner and fan, so you can run one or both decks while another oven is in use without shared controls.

How do I confirm the convection fans are circulating heat evenly after installation?

Set the temperature between 100 and 560, run a 0 to 60 minute cycle and check that items on all 11 rack positions per deck brown uniformly.
