Pool filter for 136 to 204 cubic metres

The VEVOR GL520 cartridge pool filter handles water volumes from 136 to 204 cubic metres, making it suitable for residential, hotel and school pools. Four cartridges provide a total filter area of 520 to 525 square feet for high-capacity filtration.

One-piece housing and 2-inch ports

A PP plus glass-fibre composite housing is die-cast in a single piece to eliminate seams and prevent leaks. Inlet and outlet ports measure 2 inches (60 mm) for straightforward plumbing connections.

50-micron precision and pump range

Filtration precision is rated at 50 microns using lead-free paper cartridges sized 178 by 814 millimetres. The system requires a pump in the 2.2 to 3 kilowatt range, so installations without a pump in that window cannot use this filter.

The filter has 2-inch (60 mm) inlet and outlet ports and includes a 60 mm ABS straight pipe for direct connection.

How much clearance does the 52.12-inch tall GL520 housing need for cartridge removal?

The housing stands 52.12 inches (1324 mm) high; allow at least the cartridge length of 814 mm above the lid for full cartridge withdrawal.

How are the four 178 mm diameter cartridges seated in the GL520, and what step is often missed?

Lower each cartridge over the central standpipe, align the top cap, then tighten the lid clamp evenly; the step often missed is lubricating the lid O-ring before clamping to prevent leaks.
