VEVOR GR889 Portable Clothes Dryer 600W 4 cu. ft. 9 Garments Beige

Portable Clothes Dryer with PTC Heating

The VEVOR GR889 is a compact electric dryer designed for small living spaces such as apartments, dormitories, recreational vehicles or hotel rooms. It uses PTC hot-air heating to dry up to nine garments at once within a 4 cu. ft. fabric enclosure. The unit weighs 2.29 lbs and operates at 600W, making it easy to move and store when not in use.

Drying Cycle Limits and Temperature Control

The dryer runs on a 0-5 hour timer and maintains a constant temperature of 70°C / 158°F throughout the cycle. This fixed heat setting suits everyday fabrics but may not be suitable for delicate items that require lower temperatures or specialised care cycles. The 7 lb load capacity and 4 cu. ft. volume define the maximum amount of laundry per session, so larger households will need multiple runs.

Setup Process and Common Issues

The main unit measures 8.1 × 8.1 × 3.7 in and the cover expands to 19.7 × 7.9 × 43.7 in, assembling in minutes without tools. Users simply unfold the Oxford fabric cover, attach it to the PC base, load garments into the bag and select the desired time via touchscreen buttons. Ensure the cover is fully seated and the air inlet remains unobstructed; restricted airflow can extend drying times or trigger overheating protection.
