Mobile Base 650 lbs Capacity

This VEVOR GZB88093 mobile base supports equipment up to 650 lbs using a Q235 carbon steel frame. The platform adjusts from 12 by 12 inches to 36 by 36 inches to fit a wide range of machines. Two directional and two swivel wheels with 3 inch diameter provide mobility and locking stability. The unit weighs 17.16 lbs and ships with an accessory kit for assembly.

Upgrade from Fixed Stands

It replaces stationary platforms that require lifting or separate dollies to move heavy tools. The adjustable footprint eliminates the need for multiple dedicated bases for different equipment sizes. The jump is worth it when machinery must be repositioned frequently or when floor space demands flexible layouts. Lockable swivel wheels add safety during operation.

For Woodworkers and Maintenance Shops

This base suits users moving bandsaws, table saws, or similar shop equipment within the 650 lb limit. It fits builders who need tool-free size changes between different machines. Buyers needing higher load ratings, larger wheel diameters for rough floors, or permanent mounting points should look at something else.

Questions about this item

What floor space does the 12-36" adjustable frame need when fully expanded?

At its maximum setting the base measures 36" x 36" (914 mm x 914 mm), so allow that footprint plus a little clearance around the machine.

How do the 3" wheels lock, and what step is often missed?

Each of the four 76 mm wheels has a foot-operated brake; the common miss is forgetting to engage both swivel locks after positioning the unit.

When should the Q235 steel frame or its wheels be inspected or replaced?

Check the 295.5 kg rated frame and 76 mm wheels annually for cracks, corrosion or flat spots, and replace any wheel that no longer rolls or locks securely.
